Casting Simulation
Traditionally the design of castings has been more of an art than a science, so some foundries waste a lot of time, money, and materials making prototypes that are ultimately unsuitable. Castech, by using computerised casting solidification simulation technology to design your components, gets your casting right the first time, and just as important keeps it repeatable. This modern simulation method gives you improved quality, less scrap, and shorter lead times which ultimately leads to reduced costs.
